The Role

To further strengthen our international presence, we are looking for an Export Area Manager responsible for the North American and European markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business in the assigned territories, consolidating relationships with existing customers and identifying new commercial opportunities, distributors and strategic partners.

Main Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the customer portfolio in the assigned markets,



with particular focus on North America and Europe.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new customers and distribution channels.
- Lead commercial negotiations directly.
- Prepare quotations, price lists and tailored commercial proposals.
- Monitor sales performance, profitability and key commercial KPIs.
- Conduct regular visits to customers, distributors, importers and strategic business partners.
- Develop relationships with retailers, importers and international distributors.
- Work closely with the Export Back Office and internal departments including logistics, planning, quality and marketing.
- Participate in international trade fairs and industry events.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, consumer trends and new product opportunities in the assigned countries.
