Colt is looking for an enthusiastic field marketing expert to join our team. Reporting into the Manager of Business Partner Marketing FRBenelux and South, you will be working in a lively and collaborative global marketing team and supporting our Italy Enterprise and Strategic Alliance sales team. Your primary purpose is to promote and develop marketing activities that help sales create pipeline and close bookings, including account based marketing and event execution. The ideal candidate will love variety and will be a confident communicator and collaborator with experience of working in field sales.

Planning: Develop annual marketing plan for Italy Enterprise and Strategic Alliance sales team ensuring alignment to corporate strategy, central marketing and product activity, and regional sales objectives




A key function of this role – ability to manage communications and expectations across functions, territories and management levels including (but not exclusive to): Enterprise and Strategic Alliance sales, Central marketing functions, regional marketing leads, & Product marketing
Account Based Marketing: Working with Sales to identify key accounts to acquire, grow, and retain using a mix of marketing tactics across the customer journey.
Campaign development and implementation: Integrated approach, leveraging central content and resources, working with Product Marketing, Data Analytics, Brand and Digital, and Content teams to generate regional campaigns
Track and monitor against Italy marketing budget allocation. Reporting: Provide channel reporting (extract from central reports) and results from activities and adjust activities accordingly
