In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to global users and fostering collaboration between the Service Desk (general IT support), the Digital Development team, and other stakeholders. You will ensure that all support activities adhere to Diaverum's Quality Management System (QMS) and serve as the primary point of contact for clinical application support.
