As part of our growth and organizational development around major industrial building projects as a General Contractor , we are seeking an HVAC Construction Engineer in Milan .
Responsibilities Managing project execution and coordinating on-site operations, monitoring technical progress, budget, and scheduling,
Supervising subcontractors,
Ensuring regulatory follow-up (change orders, technical approvals, compliance with standards, organizing handovers),
Participate to site meetings and serving as the liaison with partners,
Ensuring compliance with HSE rules.
Profile With a Mechanical Engineering degree (or equivalent), you have at least 8 years of experience as HVAC construction engineer on industrial building projects .




Recognized for your leadership and strong interpersonal skills, you combine diplomacy, rigor, and a service-oriented mindset and have developed proficiency in Italian and English .
Mainly based on site, close to the construction activities, you are open to frequent travel across Italy .
