Job Purpose
- The selected candidate will support the development of next-generation off-road vehicles, contributing to engineering decisions from the earliest concept development phases through final product validation.
- The Vehicle Performance & Fluid Power Engineer is responsible for defining, evaluating and optimizing vehicle-level performance through engineering analysis, virtual simulations, system modeling and experimental correlation activities, working across powertrain, driveline, hydraulic, electrified and vehicle systems.
- The candidate will be requested to perform early-phase concept simulations, enabling architecture trade-off studies and virtual assessment of emerging technologies before hardware is available, within complex multidisciplinary projects coordinated across global engineering organizations.
