In this role you guide complex geospatial software programs that span surveying, GNSS, cloud platforms and hardware. You will collaborate with Product, Software, Firmware, QA, UX and business teams to translate needs into successful delivery. - Lead end-to-end software programs with defined scope, milestones, schedules, deliverables and success criteria
- Drive release planning and execution to meet priorities and commitments
- Coordinate parallel workstreams across software, firmware, cloud, QA, UX and engineering teams




- Manage dependencies across geospatial apps, GNSS technologies, cloud platforms and hardware
- Identify risks, issues and resource constraints; implement mitigation and contingency plans
- Lead program reviews, executive updates and critical issue escalations
- Align globally distributed teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Strengthen Agile practices, governance, delivery predictability and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Geomatics, Geodesy, GIS, Surveying or related discipline
- At least 7 years in technical project or program management, with 3+ years leading cross-functional software programs
- Experience managing large-scale software programs in multinational engineering organizations
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile or Scrum, software architecture and modern development practices
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps
