Job Purpose
- The selected candidate will support the development of next-generation off-road vehicles, contributing to engineering decisions from the earliest concept development phases through final product validation.
- The Vehicle Performance & Fluid Power Engineer is responsible for defining, evaluating and optimizing vehicle-level performance through engineering analysis, virtual simulations, system modeling and experimental correlation activities, working across powertrain, driveline, hydraulic, electrified and vehicle systems.
- The candidate will be requested to perform early-phase concept simulations, enabling architecture trade-off studies and virtual assessment of emerging technologies before hardware is available,



within complex multidisciplinary projects coordinated across global engineering organizations.
- The selected candidate will contribute to the evaluation of innovative solutions including advanced fluid power systems, hybrid powertrains, vehicle electrification and alternative fuel technologies, supporting the transition toward more sustainable and efficient off-road machines.

Vehicle Performance Engineering
- Analyze and optimize vehicle productivity, fuel efficiency, energy utilization and overall machine performance.
- Support vehicle target setting and requirements definition.
- Perform vehicle-level powerflow and energy balance analyses.
- Assess driveline efficiency, traction capability and operational performance.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and technology assessments.

Fluid Power Engineering
- Develop and validate hydraulic architectures, subsystems and components.
