A hunter mindset combined with the capability to drive specification and prescription is essential to succeed in this role. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liDevelop new business opportunities in the HVAC/R and industrial markets,



focusing on new customer acquisition, application development, and strategic projects, while managing key existing accounts. /li liDrive the technical specification and promotion of Danfoss drives and solutions by engaging End Users, consultants, contractors, designers, and system integrators during the early project phases. /li liPosition Danfoss products as preferred solutions within customer platforms, tenders, technical standards, and specifications, supporting the market introduction of new and strategic products. /li liLead and monitor sales and business development activities across Italy, ensuring strong market coverage, pipeline generation, and execution of commercial and specification strategies. /li liCollaborate with internal teams (Business Development, Marketing, Technical Support) to develop technical proposals, support quotations, analyze market intelligence, and achieve sales, margin, and customer satisfaction targets. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liEducational background in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical education. /li liProven experience in a commercial or business development role within HVAC/R, industrial automation, or technical B2B environments.
