Do you enjoy working with data, collaborating with different teams and turning numbers into useful business insights? /p pIf so, you could be the right person to join our Finance Team as a bBusiness Controller /b /p pIn this role, you will support the Business Controlling team in monitoring the financial and operational performance of our Ground Rail activities. /p pWorking closely with Finance and Operations, you will develop a solid understanding of management control processes, business performance, cost drivers and profitability, contributing to reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities. /p pThis opportunity is designed for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to build strong foundations in bBusiness Controlling within an international logistics environment /b. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the analysis of financial and operational performance across Air Ocean activities. /li liAssist in monitoring revenues, costs, margins and key business performance indicators. /li liContribute to monthly management reporting activities, analysing actual results against budget, forecast and previous periods. /li liSupport the preparation of periodic reports and performance analyses for Business Controlling and management. /li liAssist the team during budgeting and forecasting processes, collecting and analysing financial and operational data. /li liMonitor financial and operational KPIs, supporting the identification of key trends and performance variances. /li liHelp analyse the main operational cost drivers, including volumes, productivity, labour and warehousing costs. /li liSupport profitability analyses by customer, contract or operational site. /li liWork with Operations and Finance teams to ensure consistency between operational information and financial data. /li liSupport reconciliation activities between accounting data and management reporting. /li liContribute to the preparation of dashboards,
presentations and business performance reviews. /li liParticipate in the development and improvement of controlling tools, reports and data analysis processes. /li liSupport ad hoc financial analyses and business cases according to business needs. /li /ul h3Who We Are Looking For /h3 h3Education /h3 pBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Management Engineering or a related field. /p pRecent graduates or candidates with limited professional experience are welcome to apply. /p h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liBasic understanding of Management Control, financial analysis, accounting or corporate finance. /li liGood knowledge of Excel and confidence working with numbers and datasets. /li liInterest in business performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting. /li liInterest in logistics, supply chain and operational business environments. /li liKnowledge of Power BI, ERP systems or other data analysis tools is considered an advantage. /li liGood command of written and spoken English. /li /ul h3Personal Business Skills /h3 ul liStrong analytical mindset and curiosity. /li liAbility to work with numbers while maintaining a business-oriented perspective. /li liProblem-solving attitude and willingness to learn. /li liProactive and collaborative approach. /li liAccuracy and attention to detail. /li liGood organizational skills. /li liEffective communication and teamwork. /li liAbility to summarize information and communicate key findings clearly. /li liMotivation to develop within an international and operationally driven organization. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pbNational Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL): /b Logistics, Freight Transport and Shipping /p pbWorking hours:
