pWe are looking for an experienced and passionate bIndustrial Sustainability Environment and Energy (ISEE) Manager /b to join our Industrial team, reporting directly to the bHCo Türkiye Industrial Manager /b. In this key role, you will lead environmental and energy activities across the industrial and extended-factory perimeter, driving compliance, sustainable practices, and continuous improvement while contributing to our broader sustainability ambitions. /p h3bMain Responsibilities: /b /h3 ul liMonitor Environmental Energy (EE) regulations and coordinate legal compliance activities /li liEnsure ISO Systems 14001 and 50001 are maintained and achieved /li liImplement and cascade Group EE policies and documentation locally, updating local instructions and procedures accordingly. /li liManage EE permitting activities and related compliance follow-ups /li liCoordinate the EE assessment and Masterplan, including CAPEX planning, monitoring, and reporting /li liManage EE KPIs, including data collection, target setting, trend analysis, and sustainability reporting /li liSupport plant functions in ensuring overall EE compliance across the industrial and extended-factory perimeter /li liCoordinate energy and water consumption planning and KPI measurement systems /li liLead environmental and energy audits and assessments, ensuring appropriate follow-up /li liCoordinate Environmental Management, Energy Management, and Industrial Decarbonization projects in collaboration with DOSEE /li liIdentify relevant public incentives for environmental and energy initiatives /li liManage waste management activities and related teams /li liCoordinate with DOSEE on Energy LTC initiatives, including PPA and Biomethane-PA. /li liDefine and drive continuous-improvement initiatives for environmental and energy performance /li liSupport energy procurement and identify energy-efficiency opportunities /li liEnsure effective communication and cascading of EE priorities and initiatives through Line Managers /li liSupport the HCo Türkiye Industrial Manager and the Plant Managers,
