pTo strengthen our Advisory Business Unit, we are looking for a Scrum Master. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liFacilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective and Backlog Refinement. /li liSupport the Product Owner and team in maintaining clear Sprint objectives, priorities and deliverables. /li liProactively identify and help resolve impediments, blockers, risks and dependencies. /li liDrive delivery transparency, team accountability and effective use of Agile ways of working. /li liFacilitate collaboration between Product, development teams and relevant stakeholders. /li liSupport backlog refinement, Sprint preparation and delivery follow-up. /li liDrive continuous improvement and follow through on agreed actions. /li liCoordinate effectively across international and distributed teams. /li /ul h3Who We’re Looking For /h3 h3Skills Qualifications /h3 ul liStrong hands‑on experience with Scrum / Agile delivery in software development environments. /li liExperience supporting Product Owners and cross‑functional development teams. /li liStrong knowledge of Sprint delivery, backlog refinement, impediment management and risk/dependency management. /li liStrong Jira / Confluence experience. /li liComfortable interacting with technical teams and understanding software delivery topics. /li liStrong facilitation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills. /li liExperience with international / distributed teams. /li liProactive,
