The main responsibilities will be: /pulliDrafting, updating and implementing maintenance documentation relating to Railpool locomotives operating in Italy, in the context of the ECM II Maintenance Development function in accordance with European Regulation 2019/779, in coordination with the direct manager and the central ECM II functions /liliTracking and managing the hardware and software configuration of the fleet /liliProviding technical support to the other ECM functions /liliActively participating in the international ECM II function community /liliSupporting the Italy ECM II manager in the continuous improvement of fleet maintenance development /liliMonitoring fleet performance in terms of reliability and availability /li /ulh3WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU /h3ulliYou have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in mechanical, electrical or management engineering disciplines /liliYou have at least 3 years of experience in technical roles (e.g. design, RAMs, project management), knowledge and experience in the railway business will be a plus /liliYou demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and flexibility /liliYou have excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners /liliYou enjoy working in a team and are a true team player /liliYou maintain a detail-oriented mindset and are committed to complying with the quality and safety standards required of you /liliYou are also able to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment /liliYou are highly proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) /liliYou speak Italian fluently and have at least a B2 certification in English /li /ulh3Salary /h3pGross annual salary of €35.000–€38.000, plus a variable premio component.
