This role focuses on developing concepts, motion and video, directing UGC, and building templates and AI-assisted ways of working that help our digital team and freelance creative bench produce more, faster and at a consistently high standard.
You’ll sit within the Digital team’s weekly cycle, working closely with digital marketers and our freelance creative partners. We’re aiming to develop multiple genuinely different creative concepts each week, bringing them to life across two markets and a range of formats, rather than simply resizing the same asset.
Develop original creative concepts for paid social, digital campaigns, UGC and wider marketing activity.
Create motion, video and static creative, including editing and post-production.
