Overview
In this consultancy-oriented role, you support the Remuneration Committee by shaping group and company remuneration policies and designing incentive schemes. You will work within the Office Incentive Systems team to manage remuneration projects across the organization, ensuring compliance and contributing to audit processes. The position offers exposure to regulatory frameworks and a chance to influence how incentives align with business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful compensation programs that support sustainable growth.

Responsabilità
- Support the Remuneration Committee and governance processes
- Define remuneration policies at Group and Company level
- Design incentive systems at Group and Company levels
- Support compliance and audit activities related to remuneration
- Contribute to the development of regulatory-compliant compensation frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement policies and incentives
Requisiti fondamentali
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of compensation regulation in banking and financial services (Bank of Italy, CRD IV, EBA, ISVAP_IVASS, MIFID, AIFMD, UCITS V)
- Knowledge of short-term incentive systems
- Knowledge of long-term equity-based systems
- Strong written presentation skills (Word and PowerPoint)
- Performance measurement skills
- Analytical skills (Excel; Access)
- Previous experience in a Compensation team in a financial services company
- 5-10 years of experience
