You will also support Data Solutions assignments involving compensation surveys, databases, and market benchmarking. /pp You will assist in the delivery of client projects, supply to analysis and build work, and provide daytoday assistance to clients using Aons compensation surveys and databases. This role suits someone experienced in Rewards, Compensation Benefits, or HR consulting. It provides a chance to develop deep technical expertise and grow within Aons Data Solutions and Advisory business in Italy. /pp You will collaborate closely with Aons Italian Human Capital leadership and the broader EMEA Advisory and Data Solutions teams to bring the best of our data, tools and methodologies to our clients. /ph2strongKey Responsibilities /strong /h2p Project Delivery Advisory /pulliContribute to supporting the progress of our rewards advisory projects in Italy, working under the direction of the Rewards Business Leader and senior team members. /liliPerform quantitative and qualitative analysis on topics such as market benchmarking, pay structures, total rewards strategy, job architecture and incentive design. /liliSupport the preparation of client presentations, reports and workshops, ensuring high quality, clearness and consistency with Aon methodologies. /liliParticipate in client meetings to present analyses, collect requirements and document decisions and next steps.



/li /ulp Project Delivery - Data Solutions Survey Work /pulliSupport the implementation of data consulting projects including survey build, data validation, analysis and reporting. /liliAssist Italian clients in using our compensation surveys and databases: onboarding new participants, explaining methodologies and benefits, and answering daytoday queries. /liliPrepare market benchmarking analyses and dashboards, translating survey data into clear insights and recommendations for HR and CB partners. /liliSupport initiatives to grow participation in Aons local compensation surveys and to improve the quality and relevance of the Italian database. /li /ulp Client Support Relationship Management /pulliAct as a daytoday contact for selected clients on data and advisory projects, ensuring timely and accurate responses to questions and requests. /liliBuild strong working relationships with HR and Compensation Benefits professionals at client organisations, demonstrating reliability, integrity and technical credibility. /liliSupport the Team Leader in preparing proposals, credentials and RFP responses by providing analysis, materials and case studies. /li /ulh2Collaboration Internal Contribution /h2ulliWork closely with colleagues in Italy and across EMEA, sharing knowledge, tools and guidelines in Rewards, Data Solutions and Advisory. /liliSupport the development and continuous improvement of templates,



tools and frameworks used in project delivery. /liliSupport internal initiatives such as thought leadership, marketing materials, events and webinars on Rewards and pay topics. /liliActively seek feedback and coaching from more senior team members to accelerate your development and broaden your exposure to different project types. /li /ulh2strongRequired Experience /strong /h2ulli25 years of professional experience in Rewards / Compensation Benefits, HR consulting, or a related analytical HR role (e.g. CB analyst, HR analytics). /liliExposure to compensation surveys, market benchmarking, grading/job evaluation, or pay structure design is strongly preferred. /liliProven analytical skills, including confidence working with Excel and large datasets; experience with other analytical or visualisation tools is an advantage. /liliExperience working with clients or internal colleagues, ideally HR or CB teams, in a professional services or corporate environment. /liliStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings in a clear and concise way. /liliOrganised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a projectbased environment, with high attention to detail and quality. /li /ulh2strongDesired Profile /strong /h2ulliGenuine interest in Rewards, labour market trends and datadriven HR decisionmaking. /liliCurious, proactive and eager to learn, with a strong appetite to deepen technical expertise in both Data Solutions and Advisory. /li /ulp The expected salary for the role is within an indicative range of 37.000 - 55.000, based br /on the candidate's experience and seniority.br /br /Office: Milan, Via Ernesto Calindri 6 /p !-- /wp:freeform --
