We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Supply Chain team. This role combines customer service, logistics coordination, order management, and commercial support activities. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, commercial teams, warehouses, transportation providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient order execution, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.
Receive, process, and manage customer orders across multiple systems and platforms.
Coordinate order fulfillment from order entry through delivery.




Monitor contract balances, inventory availability, and shipment status.
Provide customers with information regarding orders, invoices, deliveries, and documentation.
Support supply chain planning and inventory management activities.
Collaborate with commercial teams on contract execution and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate master data, sales orders, contracts, and logistics records.
Analyze operational data and prepare reports for management decision-making.
Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies, trade requirements, and logistics procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
