schedule adjustments and phase-in/phase-out activities throughout the product lifecycle /li liProvide supplier and material planning insights to the SOP process, ensuring transparency of risks and opportunities /li liPrepare planning and performance reports, leveraging data analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning efficiency, service levels and supply chain performance /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring To The Table /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree in Engineering or scientific disciplines, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field. /li liExperience in planning, manufacturing or supply chain environments, ideally within manufacturing environments in pharmaceutical, food, FMCG or comparable industries /li liFluency both in Italian and English, a third language would be considered a plus /li liStrong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights /li liKnowledge of ERP and planning tools such as SAP, APO, SNP or OMP /li liExcellent organizational, prioritization and stakeholder management skills /li liA proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement /li /ul pOur pay ranges are based on an objective, gender-neutral job evaluation system.
