Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with international teams to support the evolving needs of our social media partners.
• Ensure all tasks are executed with attention to detail and adherence to strict content guidelines.
• Provide insightful feedback to optimize moderation tools and internal processes.

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
• Previous experience in social media, customer service, or content moderation is considered an advantage.
• Strong cultural awareness and ability to handle sensitive information with professional discretion.
• Excellent communication skills in English to facilitate team collaboration.
