About the role
We are looking for a Senior Specialist to join Amplifon’s IT Governance & Strategy team, which supports the Global IT organization in defining and monitoring the Group IT Strategy, financial planning, vendor management and M&A; activities.




The role will become a key point of reference for the team across three core areas: IT cost planning and control, IT administrative and compliance processes, and the IT Procure-to-Pay and contract lifecycle.
You will take ownership of end-to-end processes with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring their effectiveness, compliance and continuous improvement. You will also provide guidance to junior and external team members and collaborate closely with both global and local stakeholders across the organization.
The team works closely with the CIO, local country organizations and key corporate functions, including Finance, Procurement, Legal and Tax, to ensure that IT is managed in a transparent, sustainable and business-aligned way.
