Global Social Media Specialist

At Diesel, based in Milan (MI) we are looking for a Global Social Media Specialist to join our Global Marketing Team, with solid social media foundations and a strong cultural and aesthetic taste aligned with our brand DNA.

He / She will report directly to the Global Social Media Manager.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and publish content across Diesel’s social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest, on a daily basis.
• Keep the social media editorial calendar up to date, coordinating deadlines, assets and publishing needs with the relevant teams.




• Support the approval process for content intended for APAC social media platforms, liaising with internal stakeholders.
• Help organize the production of content created specifically for social media, with particular attention to short-form video.
• Coordinate the practical aspects of social media productions involving creators, including garment and sample requests, in-store orders and sample movements.
• Daily follow-up on content, product and production activities to help ensure that assets are delivered on time.
• Work with the creative, production, PR, Media and Go-to-Market teams on social media activities linked to global campaigns and product launches.
• Review social media copy in collaboration with the dedicated copywriter, helping ensure consistency with Diesel’s tone of voice.
• Management of social media reporting and performance analysis, monitoring key KPIs and translating insight
