Nexus AI is an enterprise AI platform designed to automate and orchestrate customer interactions across Phone, WhatsApp, Web, CRM, Email, Booking and Outbound workflows.
Our technology integrates with enterprise ecosystems including Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Google Workspace, Meta, Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe and other business platforms through native integrations, APIs and webhooks.
We are now looking for an entrepreneurial, commercially driven leader who can take ownership of our Italian market and build it into a significant business.
The RoleThis is not a traditional sales position.
As Country Manager Italy, you will act as the business leader for Nexus AI in Italy, with responsibility for market development, revenue growth, strategic partnerships and the progressive creation of the local commercial organization.




You will work directly with the company's leadership and will have significant autonomy in defining and executing the Italian go-to-market strategy.
Your responsibilitiesYou will:
• define and execute the Go-to-Market strategy for Italy;
• develop the Enterprise and Mid-Market customer portfolio;
• identify and close strategic accounts;
• build relationships with CEOs, Managing Directors, CIOs, CTOs, Sales Directors and Digital Transformation leaders;
• develop partnerships with system integrators, consulting firms, technology companies, agencies and resellers;
• identify the industries and use cases with the greatest growth potential;
• create and manage a predictable commercial pipeline;
• negotiate complex B2B and enterprise agreements;
• work closely with Product and Technology teams to translate market requirements into opportunities;
• represent Nexus AI at industry events, meetings and strategic partnerships;
• progressively build and lead the Italian Sales & Business Development team;
