Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Salerno. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients in the luxury interiors and fit-out sector, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Daily activities include conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with design and project teams to align client expectations,



and tracking sales performance through reports and CRM tools. The role also involves monitoring market trends, representing the brand at industry events, and contributing to strategies that enhance client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally within luxury interiors, construction, or related design sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage high-profile and discerning clients.
• Ability to understand technical aspects of fit-out, materials, and interior execution, and translate them into clear value propositions.
• Competence in using CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for pipeline and performance tracking.
• Demonstrated strength in relationship-building, networking, and maintaining long-term client partnerships.
