We are looking for a results-driven Sales Advisor for our brand-new store in Rome who will deliver a unique and memorable experience to each client while actively contributing to the commercial success of the store. With a strong sales mindset, use of clienteling tools, and passion for people, you will represent ALOHAS values and play a key role in building customer loyalty and driving performance.

• Use the clienteling tool effectively — whether to capture client preferences, follow up after visits, suggest new products, or support retention efforts.
• Engage with customers in a meaningful way to maximize conversion and satisfaction.
• Handle questions, returns, and service situations with efficiency and care.
• Support a seamless shopping experience across online and offline channels.

Be a business driver

• Proactively work to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Understand store KPIs and take ownership of your impact on performance.
