Poly Global Advisory is an international communications, PR and brand development agency working across fashion, luxury and consumer brands.

For more than a decade, we have worked with international designers and brands across Europe, Asia and the United States, supporting global communications, brand positioning, fashion shows, events, market entry, VIP relations and strategic development.

The Role
This is not a traditional marketing role and it is not an account-management position.

Your primary responsibility is simple:

Create qualified new business opportunities and help turn them into paying clients.

You will work directly with the founder/CEO and our international teams to identify potential clients, open conversations, develop partnerships and manage opportunities through the sales pipeline.

The founder will participate in qualified client meetings, strategic conversations and closing negotiations. Your role is to build and manage the commercial engine around those conversations.

We are looking for someone proactive, commercially minded,



highly organized and comfortable initiating relationships rather than waiting for opportunities to arrive.

What You Will Do
- Identify and research potential clients across fashion, luxury, lifestyle and selected consumer-brand sectors.
- Build and continuously manage a structured new-business pipeline.
- Identify founders, CEOs, brand directors, marketing directors and communications decision-makers.
- Conduct personalized outreach through email, LinkedIn, introductions, events and existing relationships.
- Reactivate former PGA clients, contacts, prospects and industry relationships.
- Develop referral opportunities through our international network.
- Qualify prospects before introducing them to the founder or senior team.
- Arrange and prepare business-development meetings.
- Manage follow-ups after meetings and ensure opportunities continue moving forward.
