- € 51.000-€ 60.000 gross/year (14 months) + premio

This role will have responsibility for leading a team of learning professionals to deliver and continually elevate an ambitious learning agenda. Working in close partnership with P&C; and management teams in market, the role will be accountable for ensuring colleagues at all levels have access to high-quality learning and development experiences to support their in-role performance, development, and future growth.
