for clients Coach and motivate multidisciplinary teams to drive execution and measurable impact Act as a subject-matter expert combining hands-on experience with problem-solving to translate insights into actions Lead Orphoz project teams and collaborate with McKinsey strategy teams Deliver transformation programs from planning through delivery and sustained impact Master's degree with strong academic record ~8+ years in project delivery, project management/PMO, preferably in consulting ~ Proven people leadership and team development experience ~ Experience in business change, transformation/TO, and operational excellence ~ Knowledge of project management tools and methods (MS Project, Prince2, Agile) ~ Functional exposure to AI-related solutions; industry experience in Consumer/Retail, Advanced Industries, or mid-sized enterprises ~ Willingness to travel on client sites (Mon–Thu) ~ Fluent Italian and English ~ leadership and coaching ~ collaboration across cross-functional teams ~ MS Project ~ Prince2 ~ Agile
