ACTIVITIES: 70% Data Analysis

Analysis of sales trends, monitoring of margins by product/customer, reporting on commercial performance, and segmentation of the company database to identify new industrial market niches; Analyze and identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities; Monitor offers, orders, and commercial activities; Create and maintain commercial dashboards and reports; Support the owner in preparing visits and negotiations; 30% Inside Sales:

Conduct telephone and email follow-ups on offers and opportunities; Contact inactive customers or those with development potential; Support the reactivation of dormant customers; Qualify new prospects; Make initial contact with potential foreign customers.
