Our client, a leading company in the Industrial Components sector, is currently looking for a:

Sales And Business Development Manager – Aerospace

Who, reporting to the BU Directors of the Aerospace Cluster, will work as part of a growing international team, with the mission of managing customer relationships and developing the business

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and develop the relationships with Customers within the Aerospace sector
- Drive global business development, aligned with Company Roadmaps
- Identify market needs while ensuring maximum Customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the internal Technical Office to identify the most appropriate technical product characteristics, providing robust customer support and proposing high value-added solutions
- Contribute to the development of technical solutions, leveraging comprehensive market intelligence and competitive analysis
- Identify sales conditions and manage the entire selling process, from quotation to launch
- Provide support in resolving technical problems encountered by Customers




- Prepare the sales budget and periodic reports
- Management of the CRM system

Requirements:

- Degree in Engineering or similar
- Minimum of 5 years’ Sales experience in the Aerospace industry
- Experience in building complex commercial relationships, identifying market needs while ensuring maximum satisfaction and loyalty
- Background in technical roles focused on electromechanical components
- CRM proficiency
- Financial proficiency
- Team player
- Strategic thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel for job
- Fluent English
