The objective is to develop and drive continuous improvement and ensure we have required process support in place. Improve and implement IT processes including training (both internal and external teams) e.g. on-/offboarding of new vendors, product owners, service managers, development teams Working experience in IT Service Management and IT processes Knowledge and hands-on experience of ITIL framework; incident, service request, problem, change practices and CMDB.
