Overview
In the Operations Excellence Program (OEP), you will work on client engagements to diagnose issues, develop hypotheses, and design analyses that drive actionable recommendations. You’ll grow through on-the-job coaching and a structured capability-building curriculum, building deep operations and consultancy skills. You will collaborate across industries and service lines, gaining exposure to diverse clients and challenges. This role offers rapid development, mentorship, and a path to becoming a leading practitioner in operational excellence.

Requisiti fondamentali
- Master’s degree
- Initial experience in product development (e.g., optimization, R&D; leadership, supplier management)
- Demonstrated leadership in work or extracurricular activities
- Mobility and willingness for European assignments
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and local office language
