Influencer & Community Manager

As a Influencer & Community Manager you will have responsibilities on:
Defining influencer and creator engagement strategies in partnership with Brand and Media Managers.
Identifying, evaluating, and selecting influencers and creators to support brand objectives.
Leading the development of creative briefs and campaign guidance for influencers and creators.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, creators, agency partners, and talent representatives.




Ensuring high-quality content delivery and premium campaign execution across all collaborations.
Owning end-to-end campaign execution, including briefing, content rollout, performance tracking, optimization, and ROI evaluation.
Engaging with audiences across key social platforms, fostering community engagement and advocacy around brand campaigns and creator content.
Driving user-generated content (UGC) and advocacy initiatives to amplify consumer voices and strengthen brand communities.
Monitoring social conversations, community sentiment, competitor activity, and emerging industry trends to identify opportunities and manage potential risks.
Managing and continuously evolving influencer, creator, and agency databases to support future best-in-class partnerships.
Leveraging social listening and campaign insights to develop recommendations and advocacy business cases for the assigned scope.
