Role Description The Compliance Specialist – Internship will support the team in monitoring and documenting compliance activities related to GRC processes and digital solutions. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in the analysis of regulatory requirements, contributing to the maintenance of ISO certifications and D.Lgs. 231/2001 control systems, and helping to review internal policies and procedures. The intern will collaborate on preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for regulatory compliance and whistleblowing channels, while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.





This is an internship role based in Turin with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for both on-site and work-from-home days. The position offers exposure to legaltech and regtech projects and hands-on learning in compliance management.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance, with interest in GRC frameworks and standards.
- Understanding of Legal Compliance principles, preferably related to corporate law, ISO certifications, or D.Lgs. 231/2001.
- Solid Analytical Skills for reviewing data, identifying risks, and interpreting regulatory and policy requirements.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, including the ability to draft concise reports and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Law, Political Science, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Turin, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Comfort with digital tools and cloud-based platforms; prior experience with compliance or legaltech solutions is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; knowledge of English and Italian at a professional level is beneficial.
