This is a field-based role for a hands-on automotive professional who thrives on building relationships, coaching teams, and turning opportunities into results. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the premium experience that defines the Polestar brand, while supporting the continued growth of our business in Italy.
The role is based in Milan , with frequent travel across the assigned area.

As Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance across Polestar Spaces and retail partners within your assigned area. You will work closely with the Italian Sales team, retail partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve conversion, increase customer satisfaction, and ensure consistent execution of Polestar sales standards and processes.




You will act as the link between the market strategy and daily retail execution, supporting our partners in achieving their targets while delivering a premium and seamless customer journey.
What you'll do
You will take ownership of retail performance and operational excellence across your area of responsibility. Your daily activities will include:
Driving sales conversion and retail performance through regular analysis of sales metrics, pipeline health, and operational KPIs
Identifying business opportunities and performance gaps, proposing and implementing action plans to improve results
Coaching and training Space Specialists and retail staff on Polestar sales processes, customer journey standards, and commercial best practices
Conducting regular network visits to ensure compliance with Polestar commercial policies, operational standards, and customer experience expectations
