Aegis FSI is a recruiter specialised in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Finance, Banking and Insurance market. On behalf of an international asset manager, we are looking for a:

Client and Sales Support The candidate will manage relationships with non-U.S. investors, prospects, and consultants, supporting business development and client servicing activities. The role will collaborate closely with the external Sales & Service team, providing the tools and insights needed to strengthen existing and prospective relationships. It will act as a key voice of the client within the Client, contributing to the enhancement of products and services.

The position will also provide administrative support to the Rome office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Non-U.S. Sales & Relationship Management team in servicing existing investors and developing prospective relationships, providing relevant tools, information and coordination.
- Act as a key point of contact for investors and consultants, managing requests, communications and follow-up activities to strengthen relationships.
- Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings with investors, prospects and consultants, including market research and competitive intelligence to support commercial positioning.
- Oversee the onboarding of new accounts and maintain accurate CRM records, tracking contacts, meeting activity, follow-up and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Technology and Senior Leadership to support territory priorities and deliver effective client solutions.
- Support client and industry events, including the annual Rome client conference,



external conferences and related marketing activities; assist with translations of the Client materials.
- Provide territory reporting and general administrative support to the Rome-based team, coordinating with the headquarters and contributing to special projects as required.

Candidate Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field, with 2–7 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
- Fluency in Italian and English is required; Spanish language skills would be considered an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of financial markets, investments and portfolio performance, including familiarity with market indices and Modern Portfolio Theory.
- Strong understanding of accounting, finance, economics and investment products, with exposure to diversified investment strategies and asset management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to work effectively with CRM, performance reporting and investment databases.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and work ethic, with a proactive approach to setting objectives, receiving feedback and delivering results.

Location: Roma

Salary range: € 50.000 – € 80.000
