Overview
This role is ideal for experienced L1/L2 Desktop Support Engineers looking to apply their troubleshooting, hardware support, and customer-facing skills in a specialist airport technology environment.
You'll provide technical support for automated passenger processing systems (eGates), ensuring critical airport technology remains operational. While the equipment differs from traditional desktop environments, many core desktop support skills
