Overview In this role you will oversee real estate portfolio operations to optimize use and performance in line with business goals. You will partner with cross-functional teams to guide portfolio strategy, lease negotiations, and risk management, while driving cost savings and sustainability initiatives. Oversee real estate portfolio operations to optimize performance and utilization Serve as primary liaison for real estate escalations and stakeholder support Develop regional real estate strategies including consent negotiations and risk management Support Transaction Managers with lease renewals, terminations, and data-driven initiatives Provide leadership during disasters or significant events impacting operations Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Construction teams Support OPEX analysis, payment escalations,



and landlord expense modifications Assist audits and portfolio reviews to ensure compliance and cost savings Provide reporting inputs and liaise with Finance on real estate liabilities and Asset Management targets Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or related field Experience with commercial real estate software: Experience in commercial real estate or lease administration in industrial/commercial/data center environments Experience with lease administration processes Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) Experience with Landlord and Tenant codes, commercial law and service charges Experience reading and interpreting lease language and managing critical lease dates Experience in property or asset management within related sectors Proficiency in building systems (fire/safety, HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and ability to interpret construction blueprints lease negotiation building systems knowledge
