Reporting directly to the Director, IT, the Business Analyst & ERP Specialist is responsible for ensuring the continuity, support, documentation, and continuous improvement of Cespira's ERP environment (Oracle JD Edwards) and related core processes. The immediate priority of this role is to mitigate business continuity risks by capturing system knowledge currently held by internal subject matter experts.
