Join Medtronic Electrophysiology Therapies and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of electrophysiology education across Western Europe. As a Principal Training & Education Specialist focused on the Affera™ Mapping and Ablation System, you will leverage your deep expertise in electroanatomical mapping to develop the next generation of Medtronic Mapping Specialists.



This is a unique opportunity for an experienced mapping professional who is passionate about translating complex clinical and technical concepts into impactful learning experiences that drive confidence, competence, and field excellence. As Affera continues its expansion across Western Europe, you will have the opportunity to influence how elite field professionals are trained and prepared to support physicians in delivering advanced cardiac ablation therapies that improve patient outcomes.
This home-based role supports the Western Europe region and reports directly to the Senior Training & Education Program Manager for Electrophysiology Therapies. The position requires approximately 50% travel, primarily to support internal training programs, onboarding activities, and capability‑building initiatives delivered at Medtronic facilities throughout the region, including our Switzerland headquarters and local Medtronic offices.
