Act as the primary functional point of contact for Finance and PPM business stakeholders in Italy. Conduct workshops and discussions with business users to understand current processes, pain points, requirements, and future-state needs. Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements. Translate business requirements into Oracle ERP functional solutions. Challenge existing processes where appropriate and recommend Oracle-standard or optimized business processes. Facilitate discussions between business stakeholders and technical/IT teams. Prepare and maintain requirements documentation, process flows, functional specifications, and solution documents. Drive requirement sign-offs and obtain necessary business approvals.
