The Administrator Order Processing/Purchasing consists of processing all departmental purchase orders, delivery and deadline monitoring, and invoice verification.Preparation of freight documents and contact person for logistics partners and customs authorities.
Responsibilities
- Cooperation with/and processing of valid customer orders across all divisions.
- Process orders according to quotation specifications, and monitor delivery dates through invoice verification
