Your tasks:
- Take full ownership of the country business, including P&L; responsibility, driving profitable growth, market share, and sustainable business performance.
- Develop and execute the local business strategy in alignment with the European growth strategy and corporate objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across customer segments, sales channels, and market applications.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing local team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Your profile:
- University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
- 7–10 years of leadership experience in B2B sales, ideally with full P&L; responsibility.
- Proven success in business development, market share growth, and leading profitable commercial organizations.
