Introduction to the Team

Expedia Technology teams partner with our Product teams to create innovative products, services, and tools that deliver high-quality experiences for travelers, partners, and employees. A singular technology platform powered by data and machine learning provides secure, differentiated,



and personalized experiences that build loyalty and traveler satisfaction.

Join our Loyalty engineering team and help shape loyalty experiences across Expedia Group brands, including shopping, pillar pages, checkout, and post-booking journeys. You’ll also contribute to the platform services that provide the data and capabilities powering these experiences, including future Vrbo Rewards enablement and country expansion.

In this role, you will:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support reliable software using Kotlin or Java.
• Deliver well-scoped features end to end, from requirements clarification and technical design through production validation.
• Build and consume REST and GraphQL APIs and work with relevant data stores.
• Contribute to loyalty platform services and traveler-facing experiences across the full journey.
