Role Description This full-time, on-site Data Manager / Study Coordinator fellowship of 12 months is based in Turin for the Medical Oncology 2 unit of Ospedale Molinette, A.O.U. Città della Salute e della Scienza di Torino. The role involves coordinating clinical research studies, including patient enrollment, scheduling study visits, and ensuring adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements. The Data Manager / Study Coordinator will collect, enter, and verify clinical data, maintain study databases, prepare case report forms, and support the monitoring and auditing of ongoing trials. The position includes close collaboration with oncologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, communication with sponsors or cooperative groups, and preparation of study-related documentation and reports. The fellowship holder will also contribute to quality assurance activities, help implement standard operating procedures, and support continuous improvement of research processes within the oncology unit.

Preferred qualifications
• Strong data management and documentation skills,



including accurate data entry, database use, and meticulous record-keeping.
• Knowledge of clinical research processes, good clinical practice (GCP), and basic understanding of oncology or related medical fields.
• Ability to coordinate multiple studies, organize schedules and workflows, and manage priorities in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency with common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation tools) and willingness to learn specific clinical research platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clinical staff, patients, and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
