Key Responsibilities
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience through personalized service and styling advice
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business
• Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist with stock management, inventory, and replenishment
• Stay up to date with the brand’s collections, trends, and brand story
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets

Who You Are
• Passionate about luxury fashion and retail




• Previous experience in high-end retail or hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Italian, additional languages are a plus
• Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
