About The Role
The Senior Specialist – Client Events is an integral part of Latham’s Events team. This role will be responsible for running a successful client events program, working with key stakeholders to determine the needs and requirements of events, seminars, and conferences. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading or supporting the planning and execution of client events from initial concept through onsite delivery, working independently and in collaboration with team leadership and key internal stakeholders. This role will be based in our Milan office.
Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Key responsibilities include:
• Coordinating end-to-end event logistics and administration, such as vendor and venue research and management, registration sites, materials, room and equipment bookings, and event support
• Developing and managing event budgets, tracking expenditures, and processing related expenses in collaboration with team leadership to ensure accurate reporting and fiscal discipline
• Drafting and coordinating client-facing event communications and collateral; partnering with e-marketing and CRM teams to ensure alignment with firm standards, accurate data, and effective outreach
• Maintaining high-quality event data and documentation, including calendars, reporting and post event analysis, while monitoring industry and competit
