We are looking for a People Business Partner who will support and collaborate with the Control Functions of the Group Head Office.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
• Working alongside the business leaders understanding the business needs and developing tailored HR solutions;
• Supporting managers on all HR-related matters, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, and conflict management;
• Implementing reward policies and coordinating related processes in collaboration with the Reward organizational unit;
• Supporting development and learning initiatives in collaboration with the relevant Center of Excellence;
• Ensuring a correct HC planning balancing business needs and costs constraints within the overall target HC agreed;
• Ensuring the right sizing and the operating model of the organizational structures in collaboration with the Orga team;
• Analyzing HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
• Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies;
• Promoting a positive and inclusive company culture;




• Ensuring the local implementation of centrally designed Group projects supported by the relevant COE.

Requirements
• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Data Management/Data Analytics or Communication;
• At least 7-10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or as a specialist within a Center of Excellence in HR & Organization;
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations;
• Proven ability to work on projects as a Project Manager;
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Proactive and results-oriented attitude;
• Fluent English.

We offer employment at the VI level with the relevant salary, in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement.
Gross annual salary ranging between 43K and 53K. The final offer will be aligned with the candidate
