About the Role
We are looking for a Project Development Engineer to join our growing Project Development & Construction team. The Project Development Engineer will be responsible for leading and coordinating all technical development activities from project inception through Final Investment Decision (FID), ensuring that projects are technically optimized, commercially robust, fully permitted, and ready for execution.




The role acts as the technical focal point during the development phase, managing multidisciplinary engineering activities, permitting support, EPC engagement and tendering processes, grid connection development, and High Voltage Substation procurement and contractor selection.
The Project Development Engineer will operate within a multidisciplinary and international team, supporting projects across multiple geographies and technologies, and ensuring alignment between technical, commercial, regulatory, and execution requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for the technical development of projects from concept design through investment approval and EPC award.
- Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary engineering activities, including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, process, and grid connection engineering.
