3M is seeking a Business Development Manager for Flexographic Solutions, based remotely in Italy. You will drive growth of the flexographic tapes portfolio through direct sales coverage, develop robust relationships with key stakeholders, and lead strategic growth programs with global OEMs and accounts.
You will translate strategy into territory and account plans, collaborate with marketing, pricing, and supply chain, and work toward aggressive targets across Italy and the wider EMEA region.
