Regional Activation Manager – Milan
We’re looking for a Regional Activation Manager to join our Milan team. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll help us drive localized marketing strategies, unlocking hyper‑local growth and boosting brand awareness across key Italian regions.
What You’ll Be Doing

reporting into the Italy Marketing Head. As part of this team, you will be in charge of designing local marketing strategies, as well as leading the execution by coordinating a cross functional team.

- Drive hyper‑local market growth: Design the strategy, execute, and optimize regional plans across Italy, translating and adapting national marketing frameworks to high‑impact local campaigns to drive local growth
- Optimize localized marketing and field execution: Own and deploy the regional budget across different channels
- Lead regional co‑marketing initiatives: Partner closely with high‑profile local restaurant accounts and commercial stakeholders to co‑create high‑visibility activation campaigns that boost mutual growth
