Overview
In this role you own prioritization and refinement of complex product backlogs for cooling solutions, acting as a senior bridge between stakeholders and the Agile team to align with business goals and market needs. You drive roadmap execution, translate requirements into refined epics, and shape strategy across marketing, pricing, and regional contexts. You’ll influence product launches and customer experience while working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative, impact-driven environment.

Responsabilità Lead roadmap execution for a defined product area
Translate complex requirements into refined epics/projects scopes
Present and represent the product line to the leadership team in Stage Gate/Events
Validate sales and marketing materials for accuracy and effectiveness
Support major product launches with global/regional alignment
Guide content creation for blogs,

Lead detailed competitor analysis and feature-level benchmarking
Identify strategic gaps based on market and technology trends
Support portfolio recommendations to Portfolio Strategy
Support development of costing strategies for new features/products
Review price list updates in alignment with roadmap evolution
Contribute to medium-complexity business case evaluations
Interpret win/loss insights and translate them into actions
Provide summaries of market trends for strategic discussions
Align cross-functional teams on development and launch plans
Support regions with high-impact projects and product performance issues
Coordinate requirements across Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain
Support key customer opportunities or escalations
